Freight forwarding specialist

Main responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customers and domestic and foreign agents, promptly respond to customer inquiries, and provide logistics solutions for customers;

2. Responsible for order processing, scheduling, tracking and implementing business progress, assisting business and operational departments in handling various issues;

3. Responsible for maintaining good relationships with existing customers, maintaining good communication with customers, and consolidating and deepening cooperation.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, majoring in logistics management, international trade and economics, or business English or related majors;

2. Proficient in using Russian or English to communicate with clients is the best option, and able to handle situations independently;

3. Clear work mindset, excellent independent problem-solving and communication skills;

4. Rich professional knowledge in customer service, familiar with the principles and methods of customer relationship management;

5. Fully represent the company's image and interests, and have a strong sense of service;

6. Stable and down-to-earth personality, conscientious and responsible in work, able to withstand certain pressures, and ambitious;

7. We need to be proficient in English or Russian for this position, so we welcome resumes from those who excel in English;

8. Priority given to having experience in freight forwarding operations and business related matters.



Customer Service Specialist (English/Russian)

Job responsibilities

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, English proficiency level 4 or above or Russian proficiency level 4 or above, major in logistics management, international trade and economics, or related majors in English

2. Proficient in using English to communicate with clients and able to handle situations independently;

3. Clear work mindset, excellent independent problem-solving and communication skills;

4. Rich professional knowledge in customer service, familiar with the principles and methods of customer relationship management;
